FMR Catering at Stone Tavern Farm

Section I: Hors d’Oeuvres

  • Stationary presentation

    • Included with all service styles

    • Paper plates, cocktail napkins

  • Passed Hors d’Oeuvres

    • Cocktail napkins

    • Choice of (4) included with Family-Style and Plated Service

Section II: Wedding Dinner Service Options

  • Buffet dinner on bamboo plates with stationary hors d’oeuvre table

  • Family-Style dinner on china plates with stationary table and (4) passed hors d’oeuvres

  • Plated dinner on china plates with stationary table and (4) passed hors d’oeuvres

Section III: Sample Itinerary for Catering Service

  • 1 Hour: Hors d’Oeuvres Service

  • 1/2 Hour: Salad

  • 1 Hour: Dinner Service

  • 1/2 Hour: Dessert

Section IV: Menu Selection & Tasting

  • Menu Selection:

    • Menu Selections to be made in consultation with Catering Event Manager

    • Final adjustments may be made at the tasting

  • Wedding tasting:

    • The “Wedding Tasting” day is offered in the spring of each year at STF. The Tasting provides an opportunity for couples to sample their menu and finalize any changes. Note: No menu changes will be accepted after tasting.

    • PKL will coordinate tasting schedule and logistics with each couple.

    • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled tasting time. It is critical to be on time. The Chef will not be able to serve the tasting if you are late.

    • The tasting is a complimentary service provided to the wedding couple. If you request additional guests, a $25 per person fee will apply (must be paid in cash). This information must be submitted no less than 30 days in advance of the Tasting.

Section V: Service Summary

  • Staff Parameters:

    • (1) Catering Event Manager

    • (2) Servers, (1) Busser (NOTE: Add (1) Server for each additional (50)ppl over 100)

    • Kitchen Staff (As needed based on menu)

  • Logistics

    • Catering Event Manager will provide detailed Catering Consultation to ensure every detail of catering logistics are clearly identified and carefully planned

    • The Catering Event Manager will collaborate with Stone Tavern Farm’s facility manager on final menu selections/additions.

Section VI: Attendance & Price

  1. Wedding Event Package Price:

    • Plated Service or Family-Style: $90

    • Buffet: $85

  2. Children

    • Under 12yrs $45

    • 0-4yrs are free

  3. Terms

    • Attendance: 50 Adult minimum guest count

    • Prices do not include 8% sales tax

Section VII: Optional Upgrades

  1. Hors d’Oeuvres

    • Stationary Table Upgrade $3/pp

    • Additional Stationary Table $10/pp

    • Passed Hors d’Oeuvres $15/pp

    • Vendor Dinner $35/pp

    • Additional Entree $15/pp

    • Additional Vegetarian Entree $15/pp

    • Additional Bread $3/pp

    • Additional Dessert $5/pp

  3. Beverage Package $5/pp

  4. China Plates for Buffet $6/pp

  5. Custom Wedding Cake $4/pp

  6. Cake Plating (Outside Bakery) $2/pp

Section VIII: Menu Selections & Guest Counts

  1. Final Menu Selection Form must be submitted no later than (60) days in advance.

  2. Final Guest Count must be submitted no later than (45) days in advance.

    • Once Final Count is submitted, credits will not be offered for reductions

    • Overages: Once Final Count is submitted, any additional guest will be billed at listed rates.

Section IV: Final Counts & Final Bill

  1. Final Count Date (FCD):

    • Minimum guaranteed guest count must be submitted with executed contract

    • Final counts must be submitted no later than 30 days in advance. Please remember the wedding couple must be included in the Final Counts

  2. Final Bill: After receiving the Final Guest Counts, a Final Bill will be submitted for the balance of charges due.

    • Reductions: Once Final Count is submitted, credits will not be offered for reductions

    • Overages: Attendance above expected guest count will be billed at listed rates

Section X: Deposits & Payments

  1. Payment Method:

    • Credit cards are not accepted.

    • Personal Checks are accepted for deposits.

    • Final Bill (see above) must be paid by cash or certified check.

  2. Deposits: Upon approval of the terms herein, please send a deposit of $2,500 to: Full Moon Resort, 1 Valley View Rd., Big Indian, NY 12410.

  3. Final payment must be received at least (14) days in advance of the event.

Section XI: Cancellation of Event

  1. It is understood that, should Full Moon Resort find it necessary to cancel this event, liability will be limited to a refund of any applicable deposits.

  2. It is understood that should the Wedding Couple find it necessary to cancel this event, any and all payments/deposits are non-refundable.

  3. NOTE: Full Moon suggests Wedding Event Insurance

Section XII: Policies

  1. Vendor Meals

    • Dinner for musicians, photographers, wedding officials etc., will be served in an alternate location.

    • If any vendors are invited guests guests the full rate will apply.

    • Note: All vendor meals will be served 15 minutes prior to the reception dinner

  2. Wedding Ceremony & Event Planning: Full Moon is not involved in any aspect of the wedding ceremony or details of event planning (table charts, seating arrangements, decorations, etc)

  3. Catering Equipment: This contract does not include tables and chairs or other equipment.
