Full Moon's all-inclusive wedding catering includes: Bountiful self service hors d’oeuvres presentation, beautiful buffet wedding dinner with two entrées, two sides, bread, salad and coffee/tea station. The package also includes white linen, cloth napkin, stainless flatware, water glass and salt & pepper.

Special dietary considerations are always accommodated.

SELF SERVICE HORS D’OEUVRES PRESENTATION
  An artful arrangement of both local and imported cheeses such as, but not limited to, farmhouse cheddar, chevre, Swiss, Roquefort blue, Sage Derby and Boursin
. To accompany these fine cheeses will be, grapes, and an assortment of flatbreads and crackers including gluten free rice crackers and a basket of crispy, baked bruschetta

The presentation also includes homemade hummus and pita, assorted olives and tapenades, homemade pickles, stuffed grape leaves, heirloom cherry tomatoes with mozzarella and pesto

Locally smoked fish and seasoned meats and assorted pate, with crisp seasonal vegetables
