Full Moon Resort’s Wedding Catering at Plattekill
Full Moon’s all inclusive Wedding Catering includes: Bountiful self service Cocktail table, Beautiful Buffet Wedding Dinner (Traditional or BBQ Menu) with two entrees, one vegetarian entrée, two sides, bread, salad and self service dessert, coffee/tea. The package also includes white linen, bamboo plates, stainless flatware rolled in cloth napkin, water glass, salt n’pepper

5:30 PM: Wedding Ceremony
End of Ceremony (Approx. 6:30 PM) - 7:30 PM: Hors d’Oeuvres Service
7:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Salad
8:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Dinner Service
9:00 PM - 9:30 PM: Dessert

Menu Selection:
Menu Selections to be made in consultation with Catering Event Manager
Final adjustments may be made at the tasting
Wedding tasting:
The “Wedding Tasting” day is offered in the spring of each year at PKL. The Tasting provides an opportunity for couples to sample their menu and finalize any changes. Note: No menu changes will be accepted after tasting.
PKL will coordinate tasting schedule and logistics with each couple.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled tasting time. It is critical to be on time. The Chef will not be able to serve the tasting if you are late.
The tasting is a complimentary service provided to the wedding couple. If you request additional guests, a $25 per person fee will apply (must be paid in cash). This information must be submitted no less than 30 days in advance of the Tasting.
Section V: Service Summary
Staff Parameters:
(1) Catering Event Manager
(2) Servers, (1) Busser (NOTE: Add (1) Server for each additional (50)ppl over 100)
Kitchen Staff (As needed based on menu)
Logistics
Catering Event Manager will provide detailed Catering Consultation to ensure every detail of catering logistics are clearly identified and carefully planned
The Catering Event Manager will collaborate with the wedding planner and facility manager
Possible Rentals: Tables, chairs, tents, portable bathrooms, lighting, etc.
Section VI: Final Counts & Final Bill
Final Count Date (FCD): Final counts must be submitted to PKL no later than 6 weeks in advance of the event. The wedding couple must be included in the Final Counts
Final Bill: After receiving Final Guest Count, PKL will submit a final bill for the balance due.
Reductions: Once Final Count is submitted, credits will not be offered for reductions
Overages: Attendance above expected guest count will be billed at listed rates
Section VII: Payments: All payments are handled directly with PKL.
