Plattekill Mountain Table
An artful arrangement of fine local and imported cheeses, such as Cranberry Wensleydale, local Chèvre rolled in herbs, Sage Derby, Cheddar with Port Wine, and Boursin. Accompanied by grapes, Dijon mustard, hot pepper jelly, and an assortment of biscuits and water crackers. Add to this a colorful arrangement of fresh, crisp seasonal vegetables and Vegetarian Samosas (fresh-baked samosas filled with curried chickpeas and potatoes, serviced with a chickpea chutney) and Salmon Cakes (petit salmon cakes with fresh dill remoulade sauce).
