Logistics
Catering Event Manager will provide detailed Catering Consultation to ensure every detail of catering logistics are clearly identified and carefully planned
The Catering Event Manager will collaborate with Stone Tavern Farm’s facility manager on final menu selections/additions.

Section VIII: Menu Selections & Guest Counts
Final Menu Selection Form must be submitted no later than (30) days from signing this agreement.
Final Guest Count must be submitted no later than (45) days in advance.
Once Final Count is submitted, credits will not be offered for reductions
Overages: Once Final Count is submitted, any additional guest will be billed at listed rates.
Section IV: Final Counts & Final Bill
Final Count Date (FCD):
Minimum guaranteed guest count must be submitted with executed contract
Final counts must be submitted no later than 30 days in advance. Please remember the wedding couple must be included in the Final Counts
Final Bill: After receiving the Final Guest Counts, a Final Bill will be submitted for the balance of charges due.
Reductions: Once Final Count is submitted, credits will not be offered for reductions
Overages: Attendance above expected guest count will be billed at listed rates
Section X: Deposits & Payments
Payment Method:
Credit cards are not accepted.
Personal Checks are accepted for deposits.
Final Bill (see above) must be paid by cash or certified check.
Deposits: Upon approval of the terms herein, please send a deposit of $2,500 to: Full Moon Resort, 1 Valley View Rd., Big Indian, NY 12410.
Final payment must be received at least (14) days in advance of the event.
Section XI: Cancellation of Event
It is understood that, should Full Moon Resort find it necessary to cancel this event, liability will be limited to a refund of any applicable deposits.
It is understood that should the Wedding Couple find it necessary to cancel this event, any and all payments/deposits are non-refundable.
NOTE: Full Moon suggests Wedding Event Insurance
Section XII: Policies
Vendor Meals
Dinner for musicians, photographers, wedding officials etc., will be served in an alternate location.
If any vendors are invited guests guests the full rate will apply.
Note: All vendor meals will be served 15 minutes prior to the reception dinner
Wedding Ceremony & Event Planning: Full Moon is not involved in any aspect of the wedding ceremony or details of event planning (table charts, seating arrangements, decorations, etc)
Catering Equipment: This contract does not include tables and chairs or other equipment.
Addendum: Services and equipment provided by STF

(1) Refrigerator
(1) Bakers Rack
(1) Hot Box with (4) sternos
(1) Convection Oven w/100lb tank of propane
Late-Night Snack Assistance
Place pans in warming oven and place on a table for self service
All plates, utensils and drinks are provided by you, the Client
STF Continental Breakfast/Brunch Service
Staff (set-up, clean-up and served buffet) includes plates, cups, utensils, juices, etc.
Complimentary ‘warming’ service for items FMR leaves ready to go in the oven
