The Bearsville Wedding Package
The standard Bearsville package includes all of the essentials for a lovely event on Saturday or Sunday afternoons from May 15 to October 15.
Planning services. Your Event Manager will work with you on recommended vendors, a personalized tasting, wedding details and logistics, and as an "on site coordinator" during the event.

The package price includes site fees.
Use of designer Green Room and world-class Dressing Rooms to get ready. .
Set up for your ceremony (12pm - 1pm) at the adjacent, streamside park, just a few steps away from the reception. Back up tent available for inclement weather.
A cocktail hour with an hour of premium open bar and hors d’oeuvres service including four butler-style served items and a self serve station from the standard menus (1pm - 2pm). You can add additional hors d'oeuvres, go to “premium menus”, and add enhanced bar services as “optional upgrades" if you like.
Rental for the Theater for a four hour reception (2pm - 6pm)- along with all the basic equipment, tables, chairs, linens, china, etc. needed to produce your event.
Your wedding luncheon/dinner (from the standard menus) which includes two entrees + vegetarian or vegan entree, two sides, salad and breads. The standard service style is a plated (restaurant-style) dinner, generally 2:30pm - 6:30pm. Buffets, "tapas parties," family style services are available as optional extras. Dinner is followed by a self serve coffee buffet and cookie/fruit platters. Optional Upgrades include premium gourmet menus, home-made wedding cakes and enhanced bar services.
Four additional hours of premium open bar during the Reception (for a total of five hours of open bar, including the cocktail hour.)
Items not included in the Wedding Package include vendors, official, centerpieces and wedding cake. Your Event Manager will be very helpful, offering some great recommended vendors, including DJs, florists, photographers, regional lodging and guest transport culled from our twenty years of experience producing Catskills events.
